achieve in the various aspects of their life. It helps to formulate a working
plan in order to project towards these aims. Special technologies will

Program 3: Improving Focus and Concentration

Life today is very fragmented. In order to succeed and achieve one's own
targets - focus and concentration are vital qualities. The "Position Purple"
has developed a unique method, based on the fact that children are totally
involved in what they do. Why did we lose it? The "Position Purple" training
allows you to restore this ability.

Program 4: Dealing with Fears

Fear is one of the major barriers in life. This system of training is similar to the
way the body deals with a wound. It gathers and concentrates all it's resources,
in order to surround, fight, and control the effect of the wound. This special training
is designed in just such a manner.

    it comes from.

Program 5: Dealing with Stress

Stress has become one of the most common "illnesses" of modern life,
which effects our physical health and our emotional and mental balances.
Therefore, it is vital important to become more aware of the various factors
which cause stress, and learn to reduce and minimize it's effect in oneself,
as much as possible.The Position Purple offers practical and mental remedies
that allow relief and management of stress, whilst dealing with the growing
demands and overload of daily life.

Program 6: Finding a Better Inner Balance

This training enables a person to learn about the two main aspects in themselves,
which have a strong effect on their behavioural patterns: the Electrical and Magnetic
parts. The Electric part is fast, motivated by challenge, loves change and can cause
progression. The Magnetic, on the other hand, cares for the well being of the person,
and works well with simplicity and repetition. Due to the difference between these
two parts in ourselves, it is most important to build a good balance and cooperation
between them, knowing that each situation requires a different balance.

adapting oneself to new situations, strengthening your qualities and virtues,
forecasting and planning

This tackles an area which is vital to all. When sleeping, taking breaks and having time
off is not enough, what else can be done? This training opens a window in one's life to
simple ways that can vastly improve one's life and wellbeing. It allows the person to be
more independent in the way of managing one's energies. It combines movement, music
and mental exercises to balance, release and recharge, and discover personal ways that
can serve you at all times.
