Program 6: Finding a Better Inner Balance
This training enables
a person to learn about the two main aspects in themselves,
which have a strong effect on their behavioural patterns: the Electrical and
Magnetic
parts.
The Electric part is fast, motivated by challenge, loves change and can cause
progression. The Magnetic, on the other hand, cares for the well being of the person,
and works well with simplicity and repetition. Due to the difference between these
two parts in ourselves, it is most important to build a good balance and cooperation
between them, knowing that each situation requires a different balance.

movement, music
and mental exercises to balance, release and recharge, and discover
personal ways that
