Program 1: Team Training

The training is a fascinating journey of discovery, in which each person,

building a plan together, which is tailored to facilitate the team's

for young executives, enthusiastic employees, management trainees,
'high potentials' and others in the company.

It offers a unique experience, which will enable them to develop qualities
such as: consistency, strength, flexibility and others. They will get to know
themselves and each other under various circumstances.

Getting away from a problem doesn't solve it

perceptions about one's personal situation as well as the company's.
